Boxwood Leafminer

This year's new generation of Boxwood leafminer is now actively feeding. These larvae are technically maggots that will emerge as tiny flies next spring. They can't be sprayed because they feed within the leaf cuticle, but a soil drench with a systemic insecticide will take care of these. Arborist: Jose Fernandez
