RTE is seeking enthusiastic, experienced tree climbers familiar with the skills needed to safely do production tree work. Candidates should have working experience removing trees both large and small, with ornamental and structural pruning and be attentive to detailed clean-up of job sites. Candidates should be genuinely interested in arboriculture, have excellent communication skills, be focused on safety, enjoy working as a team and in varying weather conditions. RTE provides all climbing gear needed for production - candidates should be familiar with the industry standards for climbing gear.
RTE is seeking individuals with extensive backgrounds in production tree work. Candidates should be able to train, lead and supervise production crews for accuracy, quality and safety of work. Candidates should be excellent at time management and at promoting a positive, uplifting work environment for crew members. Ideal candidates are ISA certified arborists and have a CDL license.
This is an entry level position. Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in arboriculture and be willing to learn the basic skills needed to assist a production crew with services such as: tree removal, pruning, cabling and vegetative debris collection. Candidates should be comfortable with hand tools such as chainsaws and pole pruners, enjoy working in varying weather conditions and be attentive to detailed clean-up of job sites.
